DATE PUDDING
~Delicious and Nutritious~
12 Pitted Dates (soaked overnight)
3 Eggs
500 ml Milk
Sugar (according to taste)
Blend together the above ingredients
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and put it to bake in a preheated oven for approx. 45 mins to 1 hr
Allow it to cool down
Apply a thin layer of thickened cream over the pudding and garnish it with chopped walnuts
Refrigerate and enjoy!
